I have tried just about everything, all to no avail. It seems that Mozilla has finally put the screws on Google Toolbar. They implemented a new security feature where any unsigned extension or add-on will not be installed in Firefox. It seems that Firefox will not recognize Google Toolbar as a valid add-on. If anybody out there knows a workaround to install Google Toolbar on the latest Firefox (version 48 as of this writing), please, please let me know or post here. Thank you in advance.Jaynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7503526014683966890.post-68120911490499816452016-02-10T18:21:56.336-05:002016-02-10T18:21:56.336-05:00At the moment, it is working fine on firefox 43.0....At the moment, it is working fine on firefox 43.0.1Darihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03686469086604091938noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7503526014683966890.post-78787908794547575952016-02-09T19:46:00.969-05:002016-02-09T19:46:00.969-05:00Muy bueno!Muy bueno!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7503526014683966890.post-54089997958902974722014-12-05T07:15:22.474-05:002014-12-05T07:15:22.474-05:00Thank you, thank you, thank you! I simply copied the folder from the installed Google Toolbar from the old computer to the new computer, and it worked, even more: it was copied from Windows XP to Windows 7 and it worked!!! (of course, with the other fixes I already knew from this blog).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7503526014683966890.post-61096056404927505072014-01-13T10:52:06.281-05:002014-01-13T10:52:06.281-05:00Darren, Daniel,

All you need to do is take the whole "{3112ca9c.....} folder and copy it your "extensions" folder under your Mozilla profile folder. The path should be something like this "C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\oo3kzavu.default\extensions". There's no need to downgrade Firefox to version 4.0. This worked for me on 4 different computers with Firefox version 26.0. Restart Firefox after installing.

Maybe David can take this file and place it somewhere on his blog where everyone can download it.Jaynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7503526014683966890.post-5914246292838693852013-12-11T20:48:42.489-05:002013-12-11T20:48:42.489-05:00Hiya, I got the toolbar working in FF 24, 25 thank...Hiya, I got the toolbar working in FF 24, 25 thanks to this post!
